​We grow our oysters in on-bottom cages in St. George Creek. Uniform, deep cup, mild to medium salt, clean taste. Great for plate presentation. Typically 3.0 to 3.5 inch size range.

​We sell diploid and triploid oyster seed that will sit on 1/4 inch, 1/2 inch, and 3/4 inch mesh.

Oyster Floats (for the Home Hobbyist)


​The Oyster Oasis is an easy way to grow your own oysters and help the Bay.  Engage kids and grandkids with local aquatic animals and have family or neighbors over for fresh homegrown oysters.  Each system comes with 500 - 3/4 inch seed oysters and is eligible for a full tax credit.

Living Shorelines


Protect your waterfront property and enhance local habitat while cleaning the water.  Our living shorelines  provide these services by utilizing the natural structure and function of living oyster reefs.  Our installations typically cost less than traditional stone structures.  We find them to be more aesthetic and far more environmentally functional.

Spat on Shell


​Great for restoration projects, oyster gardening, or small reef projects. A bushel of spat on shell typically contains 3000- 5000 oysters.
​Delivery options are available.

Shell Planting

​Large scale or small, we can plant shell for farming, mitigation, restoration, or reef building projects.

Remember to recycle your oyster shells.  They are the best substrate for planting more oysters.  You may return spent shells to us.  We also work with several local restaurants who recycle their shells.  Thank you!
